Day 7: 238 calories.

I still feel like I ate a bunch today, but it wasn't that bad.

12 ounces black coffee, 10 calories

2 cups purple cabbage, 43 calories
1 cup Rotel Tomatoes, 45 calories
1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 45 calories (as per the nutritional info on the bag)
2 green onions, 5 calories

Then, later:

1/2 cup sauerkraut, 10 calories
1 cup collard greens, 30 calories
1 tablespoon Frank's RedHot, 5 calories
1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 45 calories

238 calories.

It felt like a LOT more, sadly.

I still feel full.
