Greetings and welcome to my food journal.
I'm hoping that in keeping such account of my gluttony I will
be able to better control myself and my intake.
Hopefully it will also allow me to be more healthy.
That, and if it's not obvious, I have a slight obsession with food,
and/or lack of it.
I tend to go from one extreme to another, in various stages of my life.
I want to find balance and moderation.
Food has always been a hobby of mine.
Cooking, eating, restricting.
I love food, yet I hate it.
So, settle in, if you will.
Eat vicariously through my gluttony,
enjoy my recipes for (hopefully) healthy,
low-calorie and delicious eats.
